It was announced on May 26 that the next season of Nakaba Suzuki's The Seven Deadly Sins TV anime, which was previously scheduled to be airing in October on TV Tokyo and BS TV Tokyo in Japan, will be delayed due to the ongoing effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The season, titled The Seven Deadly Sins: Anger's Judgment, was previously announced at the end of the manga serialization in March, which also announced a sequel manga series.

The production committee for The Seven Deadly Sins: Anger's Judgment thanked fans for their continuing support of the series, which would be coming up to its 4th season, and would inform fans of the new broadcast time when it is decided. The cast from previous seasons will see a return in Anger's Judgment when it airs.
All the seasons and film of The Seven Deadly Sins are streaming on Netflix, with home releases from Funimation.
