- Nobunaga Shimazaki (Haru in Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club) as Nagomu Irino
- Kozue Yuki as Itsuki Yukihira
- Rikiya Koyama (Fukuzawa in Bungo Stray Dogs) as Heigo Irino
- Sayaka Ohara (Margaret in Requiem of the Rose King) as Fuki Irino
- Takuma Nagatsuka (Miya in SK8 the Infinity) as Seto Saki
- Minori Suzuki (Freyja in Macross Δ) as Mitsuru Horikawa
- Minami Takahashi (Megumi in Food Wars!) as Kanoko Matsukaze
- Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Inosuke in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Tomoe Yukihira
As previewed in the trailer, Maaya Sakamoto (Arte OP) is performing "Sumire" for the opening theme.
Based on the manga by Rin Asano, Deaimon is being directed by Fumitoshi Oizaki (Place to Place) at studio Encourage Films, with series composition by Reiko Yoshida (The Heike Story) and character designs and chief animation direction by Sakae Shibuya (MAGICAL GIRL SITE).
