A few days ago we posted about Root Letter: Last Answer, which was revealed as a remake of the original visual novel with live-action footage. Kadokawa Games is back with the first trailer for the new version, featuring a cast of 90 actors, functionality improvements, and four Resolution scenarios set after the events of the main game.
You don't have to always experience the game in live-action, though. There's also an original mode with Taro Minoboshi's illustrations intact. Here are a couple samples of how the two versions look next to one another:
Root Letter: Last Answer hits PS4, PS Vita, and Switch in Japan on December 20.
