Yamaha has launched an initiative to help junior high and high schools in Japan recruit new members into bands, using an online portal with helpful tips to bring in new members, as well as protocols for safety in the current climate. One of the methods Yamaha has made available to schools that sign up for the program is to give schools posters of pop-culture brass bands in Japan, including TikTok sensation MOS, and Kyoto Animation's popular anime franchise Sound! Euphonium.

The posters will be given out to the schools signed up to aid in the recruitment of new band members for the "New Member Recruitment Festival 2021." Part of the campaign will let schools borrow musical instruments for a period of time from Yamaha to build up skills with them to then perform in front of crowds, such as national baseball games.
A 3rd-year project for Sound! Euphonium was previously announced, with no news since the announcement. The TV anime series is available to watch on Crunchyroll.
