Japanese singer-songwriter eill has posted the first teaser clip for "Koko de Iki wo shite" (Breath in Here), the ED theme song for the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Ken Wakui's Tokyo Revengers action manga.
The official website for the 22-year-old artist introduces her as "a next generation singer-songwriter with the music roots of SOUL, R&B, J-pop and K-pop." She made her major debut with her first single "MAKUAKE" in June 2018 and has released eight digital singles and one album.
"Koko de Iki wo shite" is her first anime theme song work. She says about the song, "I thought that a place where you can find a straightforward love and thoughts in this suffocating world is the place where you can really breathe. It will surely become a place like a hero that will protect you no matter what time or world you live in. I created this song with that thought in mind."
