In addition to the previously-announced Mitsuki Takahata as Narumi Momose and Kento Yamazaki as Hirotaka Hifuji, the official website for the forthcoming live-action film adaptation of Fujita's love story manga Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii/Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku has announced its two more main cast: 30-year-old Nanao as Hanako Koyanagi and 37-year-old Takumi Saito as Taro Kabakura.
This is the second time for Nanao to team up with director Yuichi Fukuda following the first Gintama live action film in 2017, in which she played Matako Kijima, while this is first time fo Saito.
And it is also confirmed that the film is set to be released in Japan on February 7, 2020.
The first cast visual from the film is inspired by the cover illustrations of the manga's first and second tankobon volumes:
