If you ever wondered just how devoted the JoJo fandom is... well, they're currently ruling a good 15% of Spotify.
Spotify's Viral 50 is a daily tally of the most played tracks on their service in each country. At the time of this writing, tracks created for or featured in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure ruled 7 of those 50 spots... with the Golden Wind ED, Jodeci's "Freek'n You," at #3.
Reddit user KingOBanana made note of the ranking. At the time of their post, the JoJo representation was:
#3 - "Freek'n You" by Jodeci (Golden Wind ED)
#12 - Stardust Crusaders Main Theme
#13 - "Stand Proud" (Stardust Crusaders OP1)
#18 - "Chase" (Diamond Is Unbreakable OP2)
#23 - Diamond Is Unbreakable Main Theme
#38 - "Jojo Sono Chino Sadame"
#48 - "BLOODY STREAM" (Battle Tendency OP)
The ratings are subject to change, as the Viral 50 update every day. But it will be interesting to see how long JoJo holds this number of spots, and if the number goes up at all in the coming weeks.
